The HRAAG has just been updated (April 2026 v7))

What's new in this version?

1. We have updated food and household goods and clothing figures to reflect the latest inflation figures.

2. We have updated the estimates on utility bills given the April 2026 Energy Price Cap.

3. We have updated the estimates on water bills given the increases from April 2026.

4. We have updated other costs where applicable.

5. Examples of affordability paragraphs for ‘not homeless’, ‘intentionally homeless’ and ‘suitability’ decisions have been updated with the new figures.  ‘not homeless’, ‘intentionally homeless’ and ‘suitability’ decisions.
