We recognise that one of the challenges brought on by the introduction of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 is the need to have in excess of 110 letters and forms. This is just the S184 stage. The additional review opportunities brought in by Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and Homelessness (Review Procedures etc.) Regulations 2018 means that a Reviews Officer can write any one of over 70 decision letters.

Our Template Subscription service takes away the stress of creating and updating letters and forms at both the S184 and S202 stages. Our letters, especially at the S184 stage, are written in plain English to aid understanding. They are all legally compliant and assist officers to making the right decision. It is also possible to merge letters to create a 2 in 1 decision letter, e.g. relief duty ending due to 56 days and the applicant is also intentionally homeless. For an annual fee (please see our pricing page for details) you will receive the full suite of letters and forms and updates as and when this is required due to changes in the law, code of guidance or case law during the period of your subscription. This includes creating new letters and forms as required. Letters will be available via the membership area of our website and unlimited downloads are allowed. Whenever there is an update to a letter this will be notified immediately to all subscribers.

We are also able to respond to the needs of individual councils and are happy to create letters or forms that they may require.
